A few more types of climbing holds and ways of holding them I am pretty new to bouldering/rock climbing and I often hear people talking about different types of holds at my indoor gym I go to. They are found in outdoor climbing and replicated in the climbing gym. I know it’s usually more comfortable to open-hand, but if you’re serious about climbing as hard as you can, you absolutely have to be able to full crimp.
